Reverse-Cyte®

Reverse-Cyte® is available as two or three cell panels consisting of either A1 rr (cde/cde) and B rr (ccddee) cells or A1 rr (ccddee), A2 rr (ccddee) and B rr (ccddee) cells in 3% suspensions, each. Ideal for reverse typing with all common laboratory techniques. The combination of A1 and A2 provides an effective way of detecting irregular anti-A1.
Reverse-Cyte® can also be used together with screening cells for the detection of cold antibodies.
- Reverse typing and detection of irregular anti-A1
- Detection of immune anti-A and Anti-B

Search-Cyte Plus®
A sensitive antibody screening panel from two donors, one R1R1 (CCD.ee) or R1Rw (CCwD.ee) and one R2R2 (ccDD.EE) with JKa and Fya antigens in each panel present in homozygous form.

Search-Cyte TCS®
A sensitive antibody-screening panel from three donors, one R1R1 (CCD.ee) or R1Rw (CCwD.ee) one R2R2 (ccDD.EE) and one rr (ccddee) with an optimal antigen configuration ideal for antibody screening. Only with a three-cell panel it is possible to have the clinically relevant antigens present in homozygous form. This is important because some weaker reacting antibodies are only detectable if the corresponding antigen is present in homozygous form (dosage effect).
- MNS, Kidd and Duffy antigens are typically present in homozygous form
- Ready-to-use 3% suspension of group O cells suitable for all immunohematological methods
- Optimal antigen configuration for the detection of anti-Lea, anti-Leb, anti-P1
- In addition to the Data-Cyte Plus® identification panel , Search-Cyte TCS® cells can help in the differentiation of multiple antibodies
- A complete system to avoid problems with the compatibility testing caused by clinically insignificant antibodies

Data-Cyte Plus®
A panel consisting of eleven cells in 3% suspension with the ideal antigen configuration for antibody identification. The individual cells are carefully selected to allow for easy identification of both individual antibodies and antibody combinations.
- The antigen matrix allows for the easy identification of common antibody combinations such as anti-E and anti-K
- Each panel contains a Kpa positive cell
- To allow for easy interpretation, the antibodies in the antigen matrix are highlighted according to their preferred reaction temperature

Quality Control
Coombs-Control
To rule out false negative results with the Coombs test occasionally caused by insufficient washing, neutralization of the anti-human globulin, poorly washed glassware or non-functional reagents Coombs Control Cells are used.
The 3% cell suspension sensitized with human IgG antibodies will always provide a positive reaction when used together with completely active anti-human globuline.

Blood Bank Quality Assurance II (BBQAII)
A simplified system for Blood Bank Quality Assurance consisting of 3 cell and 3 serum testing reagents monitors the quality and the performance of routinely used reagents, instruments and procedures. The BBQA II system meets AABB recommendations for blood bank quality assurance testing.
BBQA II Reference Red Blood Cells (3%)
